The cleanliness and comfort of the room, with a bed so cozy that I had one of the best night's sleep, were simply impeccable. What truly set Fell apart was the personalized attention to detail, such as the owner's insistence on securing a restaurant reservation and personally driving us there, showcasing a level of care and hospitality rarely seen. the absence of air conditioning was no concern as the refreshing Alpine breeze that flowed through the open windows provided a delightful ambiance. Not only did the hotel meet my stringent criteria, but it exceeded them in every aspect. Fell's commitment to providing a homely atmosphere, coupled with the outstanding service and attention from the staff, truly made it a standout experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Fell to any traveler seeking a blend of comfort, personalized service, and a touch of genuine Italian hospitality. This is a place I will eagerly return to for future visits, as it encapsulates the essence of a perfect retreat in the charming village of Susa.
